YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

When placing an order on this website you are asked for personal details such as full name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address. These details are recorded to ensure I can fulfill my contract with yourselves, and for tax purposes. The only personal information held on you will be the information you disclose when placing an order, or by contacting me in any other means such as via the web contact form, or directly through email. This information is not shared with anyone, however it is stored on relevant systems such as this website, third party services that allow me to run my business such as the web development platform I use, and financial systems which are GDPR compliant. Sibling keeps records of orders, as well as any communication through other means, in order to manage any future enquiries efficiently and appropriately.

Should Sibling be required by law to share any of your personal information, for example if HMRC requested an audit, each party concerned will be contacted to ensure they are happy for that to happen. Information required for tax and legal requirements are held for 7 years as a requirement by law. Personal data that I process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.​​

Sibling utilises Google Analytics on this website in order to assess whether I am meeting the needs of my customers. This tool feeds back aggregated data which helps me to analyse certain behaviours my customers have when using this website, such as length of time spent on webpages, number of page views, etc. The information Google Analytics stores may include IP Addresses, geographical location and referral source. The legal basis for using Google Analytics is legitimate interest, on the basis of ensuring I am meeting my customers needs.

This marketing material is hosted by Wix, the website hosting platform and your information is stored by Wix in accordance with their Terms & Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing services.
